Return Policy

Oak Arizona understands circumstances may require a purchase to be cancelled or returned. Cancellations and returns are subject to the conditions of the sale.

Delivery and Shipping fees are NON REFUNDABLE.

Purchases made in store and designated as special orders, custom orders, or merchandise from in-store or from the warehouse may be cancelled or returned for a refund minus any delivery fees. The cancellation or return must be within 5 days of the date on the order.

After the 5 day period on special orders or custom orders a 25% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund. Purchases of in store items or warehouse items will have a 25% restock fee deducted from the refund.

Purchases designated as floor sample, AS-IS, final sale or close out may not be cancelled or returned for a refund. However; in-store credits may be given if the items are cancelled or returned within 5 days of the date on the order.

Purchases made online thru Oak Arizona web site may be cancelled and refunded if the merchandise has not been picked up by a freight company or delivered.

On line purchases that have been picked up or delivered are subject to additional freight charges for return. Purchases delivered will only be issued a refund after the merchandise has been picked up by the designated carrier. Additional return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
