Hello,
The tray that folds down accomodates a Queen size mattress which usually measures 60"W x 80"L. The total tray dimensions are 86"L x 66"W. Mattress should not be more than 11.5" thick.

what is the difference between the forest design cottage and the forest design mission?

Researching the "Forest Designs Traditional Horizontal Queen Wall Bed", I can use any mattress of my choice as long as it is less than 11.5" thick? What about delivery and installation (anchoring to wall)? Is that extra?
Mattress should only be 11" thick to insure proper closure of wall bed. Installation/delivery is an extra charge.
